So according to my cycle apparently I'm due to ovulate tomorrow or Wednesday I'm having slight cramps and some pain in my back tonight could these be signs? Xx
thanks sunflower ive had cramps for a couple of days but when I wrote the bit above the pain was a bit sharp in my back but also cramp on my left side xx
I don't get any back pain so not sure what that is. Maybe other people can relate. I always get cramps and then sharp ovary pains. Best way to know for sure is to do opks and temping so you know what indicates ovulation for you.
Over the last few months I've definitely noticed back pain and cramping on the days leading up to ovulation. I've never noticed before but maybe it's just because I wasn't paying much attention. I also find I get really lethargic . I'm really not a morning person but the last few days I've been barely rousable despite a good night's sleep!! This morning I was totally fine!! Seems strange that I'd be like this when I'm at my most fertile but I'm just ploughing through!!
When I got pregnant the first and second time, I had such bad ovulation pain never in my life have i had that... then the pain carried on all through the 2ww. Our bodies do weird things....
I have had ovulation pains too, Its almost as bad a AF except the pains are more twingy than achey. Like sharp rather than dull and constant. It's coincided with my opk so I've confirmed it this month. Also notice I'm hotter at night and I have my water hotter in the shower. Sounds daft I know but true lol. I'd been convinced this could be early pregnancy but after using opks I've discovered I ovulate later in my cycle than expected x
