Right i need help with my signature peeps

I saved the picture from lilypie as i couldnt find the right html code to paste it to my signature. So i saved the picture then uploaded it to photobucket and pasted the img code onto my signature. It now means my signature wont up date with how many days i am etc? Any help is appreciated
