sickness and cramps

Morning ladies....any advice or experience - i have really bad 'period pains' today and feel sick as a dog. Feeling my stomach to see where baby was (as hadnt moved) made me physically sick, normal in tri3? Xxxx

Midwife told me nausea may return in tri3

Also, the cramps could be baby moving down. How far along are you? If they're painful, call midwife for advice.
