i didn't get any sleep last nite due to severe pains in my stomach... like period pains... and also felt sick.... woke up this morning and brushed my teeth and my gums bled really badly... should i be worrying or is this normal?
any ideas?

i had a terrible tummy ache like a stitch on saturday night and it lasted about 6hours. The next day it had gone but then i'd get the odd pain which would have me doubled over. I think she had moved positions and was trying to stretch that area bigger or something.
If your really worried call your MW but as emma said its prob just stretching. My mum says the first baby has to work hard to make the room in there!
My gums are always bleeding atm. Saw my dentist the other day and he said make sure your flossing and mouth washing every day to help the gums
