shoulder pain?

girls im in tri 1 im 4 weeks but im getting really bad shoulder pain, i got this when i mc with my first baby. did anyone else get this? im really panicking

Yest all was fine so hopefully everything is still ok this morning!!!

everything was fine think i was just panicking. went to the hospital they examined me and said it was a separate injury and not connected to the baby ... PHEW! thank you for everyones support and this morning i am fine shoulders still achy but nothing wrong me and bean so far we're healthy and happy xxx
