Shoulder agony!

Woke this morning feeling as though my shoulder blades were compressed mainly on the left side. Was supposed to be in work 2-10pm but just in so much pain. I rang in (I would as a coordinator in a&e) and was told to pop in and the consultant would see me just to put my mind at rest that everything was okay, it didn't dawn on me at the time that they wanted to rule out a ectopic as shoulder tip pain can be a symptom. Luckily it appears to be a muscle injury and have been advised to take simple paracetamol which I have relented into taking and rest. I am in so much pain though and really fed up as we have little ones 4th birthday party tomorrow as well

Glad it wasn't ectopic! I've been getting a lot of shoulder pain cos I'm lifting differently so I don't use my stomach muscles lol
