After all the excitement last night, do you think I should venture out to my in-laws for Christmas Day?

It's an hour and 45 minutes up the M25. The doctor said to take my notes with me and make sure I know where the nearest hospital is BUT it would be a total nightmare if I went in to labour and had to go in to a strange hospital away from my home and my Mum.

If everything is quiet between now and then (i.e. no contractions/show etc) should I risk it and go or be safe and stay put?

stay home hun if your not 100% about going you should stay in your own environment. If they want to see you both there is nothing stopping them visiting you, i no your thinking of your OH but think of yourself too babe

I think the phrasing of your poll suggest what YOU'D really like to do

Stay at hooooooooome! *fingers crossed for a peaceful christmas for you*

i would stay put with oh
You can always have another family get together after birth and think of all the lovely food you will be able to tuck into without feeling tooo bloated ( more, more more!!!), never mind a few more glasses of wine than you would have tomorrow mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!

Stay at home Lucy. You need to think of that LO, it needs to try and cook a bit longer if possible!

There will be plenty more xmas's to come, this is only for one year!!!

Cosy yourself in and rest up, thats an order babe!

I wouldnt risk it, i would much rather be at home incase anything happens, im sure he will understand if you have a chat with him!

I say stay home - you'll not enjoy Christmas at the in-laws if you're worrying!
Have a great one - whatever you decide!
