Hiya,

I've been reading through a lot of the posts about kicking and noticing that people are 17/18 weeks and worried they can't feel their babies kicking like they have been doing.

I'm 21 weeks and haven't felt anything yet.

Is this normal?

I'm a size 10/12 and haven't put that much weight on so not that many layers of fat to get through (I hope?!).

I haven't felt anything yet. At least nothing that I know is a kick anyway. Been having rumbly tummy and wind quite a bit so anything I feel I put down to that!!!
M/W said I might not feel anything til 25 weeks! Thats ages away! So yeah, you're perfectly normal love xx

Phew... not normally one to compare myself to others because we're all different but have a very stressful job, work long hours and haven't had a day off for a couple of months so got worried in all the stress and work I'd not noticed anything.

Really need to take some chill time!

I'm 26 weeks and only really been feeling proper kicks for about 3 weeks!!! it also depends upon how baby is laying too!!!

hiya, yeah just to reassure you I didn't feel anything til I was 23 weeks and even then it was only very faint - he's certainly making up for it now though xx

iv felt some movements but to be honest it feels more like i have a bit of a dodgy tummy, or that i have a spazm-y muscle in my belly that i cant control, im guessing its not a spazm-y belly and it is the baby, lol

im a size 14 and hold a bit of a belly so wonder if it reverberates more than if your skinny??

hope you feel some weird-ness soon :)

x

i feel little flutters but no major kicks makes me worry as so many other people have

Ta ladies, glad it's nothing to worry about. Got my scan on Thursday so looking forward to seeing baby and making sure everything is ok.

Ah brilliant, bet you're looking forward to the scan, you'll have to stick a piccy on here xx
And yes, make some chill time for yourself!
