SHOCK!! This morning...

...I used my doppler and heard my babys heartbeat!!

I just woke up and decided to have a go before I went to the toilet so I did and after a few minutes I found it!!

Only thing is, I was so excited I moved my hand and couldnt find it again ha ha OH had a go after and he found it for a few seconds too

Definitely heard it though!!

What make of doppler did you use to hear it so early?

Its a Hi-bebe, it says it can detect it from 10 weeks but I got it off a friend who'd heard the heartbeat at 8 weeks with it. Im almost 9 weeks now and it was the first time I've been able to hear it.

You can rent one from the same company I think for about £16 a month

I don't think I'm going to get one as I'm too much of a worrier. I'd be panicking if I couldn't find a heartbeat

I'm like that to, i think i would worry to much to, thats why i am thinking of waiting until i have had my 12 week scan to make sure everything is ok, then i will probably get one.
