As long as you are getting 3-4 hours solid sleep it doesn't matter what time you get to sleep. I use to do mine at 5am every morning when the OH's alarm would go off. I will be starting my temping tomorrow and will also start again at 5 because my sleep is broken from 5am-7am when my alarm then goes off.

Agree! you can never sleep perfectly and get a perfect temp. temps are a guide and can never be 100% anyway
