Severe Backache & Sciatica :(

Argh im in so much pain

I think ive over done the cleaning this weekend, I thought i'd got away with it but im really paying for it now My back is absolutely murdering, I have tears in my eyes its hurting that much. I have sciatica which has gone really bad so getting bad pains down my bum cheek, leg & hip plus my lower back & hips aching really bad.

Im wearing my support belt which helps slightly but not much, pain killers dont touch it. Im seeing a physiotherapist for it regular anyway but its never gotten this bad!

Need some sympathy girls sorry to moan!

Aw Jo, how sore, I know i had really sharp pains a few days ago, my right leg went from under me, MW said baby must have been pressing on my sciatic nerve..... thank goodness it only lasted a short time..... so you have my full complete sympathy to suffer this more than the odd occasion ouchy! poor poor you

Don't be sorry - moan all you like!!! After all, who understands better than we do! lol!
I haven't actually had back ache but I get a really sore top of my buttock!!! I think I get it more if I sit slightly twisted. Also my pelvis kills me, particularly getting out of bed and rolling over!

I know i shouldn't be in 3rd tri but just having a nose! Hope you feel better soon Happy_chick, maybe a nice warm bath might help? x x x
