Has anyone used these? I've been on them for 2 weeks now, willing to try anything right now!

Some info about them;
Seven Seas Trying for a Baby is a pre-conception supplement with the exact recommended level of 400µg of folic acid.

The Department of Health recommends that women should take a daily supplement of 400 g of folic acid while they are trying to conceive.

Women should continue taking this dose for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, when the baby's spine is developing.

They also contain vitamins & minerals such as iron, vitamin D, Vitamin B6 and Zinc which supports normal fertility & reproduction.

Helps regulate hormonal activity* (Vitamin B6)

Supports normal fertility and normal reproduction* (Zinc)

I took them for about 6 months with no issues. I've swapped to the Pregnacare ones in the last few weeks as still no success and the Pregnacare ones seems to have higher amounts of the vitamins. Seven Seas tablets are smaller so easier to swallow if that's an issue. I'm not the best at swallowing tablets but I can still get the Pregnacare ones down! OH takes the Wellman equivalent (same company as pregnacare). I don't feel any different comparing the two but OH's SA did improve (motility). It may have been a coincidence but he had barely started taking them when he did the first one.

I've been taking them since December, I've read in a few places that they can help to regulate your cycle when you come off the pill, as well as having all the vitamins etc you need in first months. Can't report any problems, except I haven't had a period yet and I'm not pregnant lol :)

Most prenatals have this in... obviously having the right vitamins will help your body. But they won't 'get you pregnant'. X

I tried lots of different brands of conception vitamins in the many years we were ttc (depending on what was on special offer) and these were my favourites. Some people don't get on with certain brands so I think it is just a case of trying and seeing if you get any side effects, then swapping if they don't agree with you.

As Peanut says the right vitamins help to make your body ready for pregnancy but they aren't a miracle cure and they won't get you pregnant.

I used those but my doc gave me 5mg on Rx that was the only reason I stopped the seven seas

I found with these seven seas vits I would get bang on 28 day cycles
Not sure if that's the same for everyone
But was handy knowing exactly when to expect my period

I'm on the pregnacare ones now and have been for the last 5 months
Cycles are anything from 28 - 30 days on these so far

Prefer the pregnacare ones as they have more vits in, so less other things for me to take.
but seven seas were much easier to swallow and remember to take (Assuming they're still in the same "Contraception pill" style pack)

I actually started taking them to try and regulate my cycles, can't report if they have worked yet because I haven't been taking them for long enough, but fingers crossed they do! x

They didn't regulate my cycles at all, but I have pcos so I wouldn't expect them to!
