Screaming in sleep?!

My LO has started really screaming out in his sleep and lots of real tears, it makes me want to cry too, it's awful!! Thankfully it's only been while I'm holding him but I dread him doing it in his own room and not being able to get to him as quick as I'd like! Is this normal? I know he prob just dreaming but so upsetting x

my lo started doing that think shes dreaming she has never done it when she been asleep in bed so think its just when she is half an half x

yes amelia only does it in her chair or pram never at night but i think she knows its bedtime cause we do the same thing every night to the letter so she knows what is coming x

h does this in his sleep but if you talk to him he drifts right back off!!

Yeah I do talk to him and calms down and goes back sleep! Well he never really properly wakes up or opens his eyes! X
