Scared

I'm just over 14 weeks and today I saw the tiniest bit of blood when I went to the loo. I haven't had anything since (touch wood) but im totally freaking out and wondering if I imagined i (I know deep down I didn`t). I've had a few stomach pains this week and tmi but discharge seems to have been a very pale yellow rather than clear. I'm immediately panicking and scared its all over and I just wondered if anyones experienced these kind of symptoms at this stage and been ok or not?

I had bleeding in week 7 and all was fine. I know that’s earlier than you, maybe you could call your midwife and see if she can settle your mind? Hope you’re ok today x
