scared i wont be able to breast feed

hiya just woundering if anybody else has had his problem
welli am prety small chested 2 start with
i am 25 weeks and my boobs dont seem to be producing milk and i am really scared that i may not be able to breast feed
anyone else having this problem??

Last time I didn't produce any milk till daughter was born, didn't even know people did! I was as flat as an ironing board as well then wow suddenly they appeared, I was massive after giving birth and managed to breastfeed till she was on solids, so I wouldn't worry, all will fall into place when baby is born.

doesnt matter what size they all function the same hun milk will come later on

thankyou i really want to breastfeed her but was just worried i might not be able to but thankyou that has eased my mind .. ill ask my midwife for some information on breast feeding when i next see her thanks again xx

How do you know if you are producing milk? I just rpesumed this would happen right at the end? x

My boobs haven't changed at all, still pretty small and no sign of any milk leakage yet but I'm sure it won't affect breastfeeding x

believe you me, they will give you all the information you need on breastfeeding darlin so dont you worry, people are really helpful, I believe in "mothers choice" so if you want to great, if you dont great. I breastfed my LO til 11 months but everyone wants different things, the important thing is that you do what is right for you and your child and remember, its not a competition. Dont stress darlin I didnt get any milk before my LO was born and managed it. xxx

As for producing milk I didnt start to do that last time until Aoibheann was born I didnt even leak a bit before hand , but had no trouble producing milk after the birth .
