sad and confussed

Went for my 7 week scan today as I've been having help to fall pregnant, after 3 different scans all confirmed there is no baby in my womb, bloods are being checked as my waters still test positive, they couldn't find my right ovary which seemed to cause them concern, now I'm back home waiting for pain or blood or both, I've wanted and waited to be pregnant for so many years, can't believe yesterday I was so happy and excited about today and now I feel so empty

So sorry you are going through this, have you had any answers yet? Could you have conceived later than you thought or do the doctor think there is no hope? Hugs
