when i looked this up i was surprised... I had been told by my mom that the dimples and a tuft of hair is a sign of spina bifida as both her and my brother have them. They thought he had it when she was preggers but it whenwas closed.

However, Google is not that shocking. it does explain the dimples are mostly normal and the.lower the dimples the better... Google images show some good examples. I've always had a little dimples above my bum but thought this was different from my brothers. Was shocked to see its a sacral dimple too!!
