Running outta space

I'm sneaking over from 2nd tri a week early to ask when baby runs outta room and stops wriggling as much?
I've noticed less distinctive kicking and more wriggling this week but i know theres still loads of room for her, but she had moved (she was back to back before but was facing inwards monday, i wouldnt have expected her to stay facing that way lol. Im not worried cos i can feel her wriggles just interested as to when they run outta room

Hi My understanding is that it is about 37 weeks. I am still feeling lots of kicks and movement at the moment. If you are worried, I would have a chat with your MW.

In second tri I found baby would go quiet when going through a growth spurt. I'd definately ask your midwife to check to make sure though

25-26 weeks I remember alot of girls, me included felt baby had a growth spurt around this time and movements changed. At about this time the crazy kicks and flutters turn into rolls and wriggles. When you get to 30 weeks the movements are different again, you can feel how your baby is changing in size as the movements are much more defined and stronger. If in doubt or you get worried at all give your midwife a call hun for reassurance

Ditto what Tilly said about the 25-26 time. And again around 30 weeks the movements changed from kicks to wriggles and squirming. Though I do still get the odd massive boot from time to time. But mu tummy can look like jelly for hours on end now

Between weeks 22/23 - 28/30 there is a massive growth spurt going on and so baby may behave differently and rest more. Don't panic overly but maybe give your MW a call if you are really concerned.

Also baby changing position can mean you don't feel as much movement as you might usually. Your placenta may be absoring most of the kicks etc. This may last a few hours or a few days if my experiences of it are anything to go by.

im 31 weeks and my little Son i wriggling around like mad and hasnt really stopped for long for 2 days
he making my bump ripple and move like sunami wave
very weired but very very cute
so you still have plenty of room yet for growing
