Room Humidifiers - any good?

Is anyone else waking up each morning with a stuffed up nose and completley dehydrated?

I drink quite a bit of water but I wake during the night really dehydrated. The fact that I have started to snore (according to my Husband) might have something to do with it lol.

I was thinking about buying a room humidifier - have any of you used one before? Are they any good?

We have one as our flat is usually 75% humid. However, I still am constantly thirsty and have a runny nose all the time - I think it's just a pregnant thing!
