RLT, Bouncing And Other Methods!

I think it's dead uncomfortable... and it kills my back... maybe I'm doing it wrong :(
And are my knees supposed to be above or below my hips when I'm doing this?
 
I think mine were below. How big us your ball? I * think* mine was 55 cm.
 
Mine's 65cm I think, but my knees are above my bum/hips? It's a bit uncomforable tbh!
 
I did arch my back and stick my bum out a lot to keep balance and always had my legs wide open ooh er!! It's a shame it's uncomfy. :-(
 
I have got one for exersize, but have taken to sitting on it while watching tv as all a bit uncomfy in the girlie bits at mo, and it's not got loads of air in it, so soooo comfy, we are a seat short anyway , with a 3 seater couch and a 1 seater , and 3 kids, oh and me, so it's working well for everyone else too!

I did find my legs ached and back to start , just sitting! I think it works your core stability muscles just sitting on it, so build up using it for short times only eg 10 mins a go till your more used to it.
 
I love sitting in mine but it does ache at first because your sitting properly which I dont do on the sofa I slouch!!!!!!

going to get all my rlt & epo today woo hoo!!!

Im so bloody massive I really dont want to go over, I look so silly from behind because my hips are twice the size of my bum!!! lol
