Was in Supermarket about 1 hour ago shopping and looked for some Folic acid as recommended but could not see any..

Anyways tonight is the first night we are effectively trying so... here is to the start of the Journey!

Tomorrow I will be loading up on the said diet to make a start on improving my Sperm, looking forward to this journey and all the posts on here to come

My husband took extra folic acid and vitamin c but that was because I kept mcing. If you don't concive within a few months you could up the doses. Tesco are cheap, we used the man and woman Tesco own brand, it's 3 for 2 in there. Makes it loads cheaper.

I’m going to top up on my Sperm building diet & supplements today so Tesco’s here I come Last night was our first night of really trying for a baby!

& I have woken up wired & feeling quite excited about this journey & all the Preparation to do to get my Ejaculate & Sperm amount & quality right up high..

I’m going to start a post today that I will continue to update in a bid to help you ladies from a mans point of view as there seems to be a lack of guys on here.

There have been a few lads on here, they've left when their OHs got pregnant though. Most men come on because they're worried they've got their GFs pregnant. Lol.

I'm pregnant with a surprise baby, I only had my daughter in August after spending 2 years ttc! So there will be an 11 month gap aha. Very happy though

I forgot to mention vitamin C for sperm. You can get it from oranges. I find the supplements way too strong. It's important for your OH too.
