Does anyone wear a fitness tracker with heart rate functionality?

My resting heart rate has gone up a fair bit from 55 to 62 over the last week. Just wondered if anyone else had noticed the same?

I don't know if it's coincidental as I've stopped my hiit workouts temporarily and become rather more unfit quite rapidly.

I have a fit bit, your body is pumping more blood now so heart rate will go up slightly. I've also stopped my hiit work outs and feeling abit of a slob! :( xx

Mine rose by about 10 beats per minute around 5/6 weeks. It I'm now 12 weeks and it's settled down again now x

Mine is awful in the late 80s usually.. I haven't put my Apple Watch back on yet since being pregnant, will have to try

Mine went up to (from 54 to 66) for a few weeks at the start of pregnancy, then dropped back down a bit before climbing again to low 60s. I panicked when it dropped but I think my body was just getting used to everything. Now it seems pretty stable but basic exercise is pushing it higher so I'm spending more time in the exercise zones despite not doing anything strenuous.

Yea that's normal due to increased pressures on your body. If it is fequently above 100 speak to your gp. I was under constant monitoring as I am prone to tachycardia but was told if it's less than 100 then don't panic (but when it's up to 150+ then my cardiologist starts to have kittens lol)

Although I workout and don't carry alot of excessive weight, I still have a naturally higher heart rate but since finding out Im pregnant - it's actually lowered although it's still within the healthy range.

Shall I be worried?

Mine was over 80 at my booking in appt. Hubby looked at me in disgust and told me I needed to jog- charming. I'm over 13 weeks now and it had gone down to the seventies. It's always been around 60-70.
