How long does it take for men to replenish their sperm? I am in my fertile time and I had a pretty dark opk yesterday. We bd on fri but were too tired last night and bd this morning. Do you think it's too much if we bd tonight and tomorrow night as well. Just worried there won't be enough swimmers left

Assuming your partner has a healthy sperm sample, he should be alright every day, although probably better every other day to be on the safe siede

well if you think about it, a man ejaculates (hate that word) 10 million plus sperm (if he's got a healthy sperm count) and it takes only one to fertilise an egg, i wouldnt worry too much hun. was reading my fertility and conception book and i think it said a man produces sperm every 90 days or it takes 90 days cant remember which! :s but dont worry, to u xx
