really sharp pains...

last night and all today i have been having really sharp pains, in the same area as period pains but alot more painful and well sharp. i thought i was ovulating at the weekend and had like aches then but this is much worse any ideas what it could be? i have been off the pill for almost a month and still not had any bleeding at all could it be something to do with that?

I get this and have suspected endometriosis, it's one of the symptoms x

I had a lot of sharp pains on my first cycle off the pill (on second cycle now). I do have endometriosis though so I'm not sure if that's why I was getting the pains or if it was my body adjusting to coming off the pill. x
