Hi Ladies

Dipping my toe in here, not quite ready to leave ttc yet, even though i got my bfp on Monday and have everyday since  although the oh still needs to see it in words  men

I havent had toooo many obvious pregnancy symptoms really, but the things i am feeling are dehydration and feeling hungry quicker than i usually would - i just want to see if this is normal and if anyone else is having the same?

Before i tested there were a few days where i literally wanted to eat the world and my appetite has continued to increase

Thankfully my diet has always been healthy, and i havent had to introduce any new foods really, just increase them, so i find myself snacking on strawberry's now at work to break up the hunger.

This pregnancy is going to make me skint, just through my food bills

I’ve definitely been a lot more thirsty and when I get hungry now I start to feel sick really quickly so I’ve tried to snack on healthy things like fruit and nuts

I’ve been so tired aswell, to the point where I’ve been having an hours sleep when I get in from work, and just yawning all day I work when I’m talking to people and stuff, how embarrassing!

It's normal to be extra hungry/thirsty. It's also normal to have pretty mild symptoms this early on. Most people don't feel anything extreme until 6ish weeks. I think our bodies try to make us gain a little weight super early on so that in a few weeks, when we start vomiting regularly, it doesn't matter if we lose some weight... congrats on your pregnancy x

Whats even stranger is my oh nipples have started feeling funny - he mentioned it before we got the bfp and i joked yesterday that hes getting my pregnancy symptoms as my boobs just feel normal  he is a mega hypochondriac though

I am with you on the tired front. I am generally always tired anyway, but i am also yawning a lot more.

Went to bed at 9:30pm the day before yesterday and was out like a light and slept all the way through- usually i am up 100 times a night having a wee, but i didnt get up once, i think my body needed it. I know soon, i might as well sleep in the bathroom if this water consumption of mine continues

Congratulations!

My husband has had mega cravings for nectarines and oranges! Haha. I haven't really had any so we wondered if he was getting my cravings instead! He says he has to have them!

Very normal. Drink 3L a day if you can and I was eating every hour in my first trimester, insatiable hunger. Just listen to your body and eat healthy foods.

Yep all normal. My hunger these last few days has gone through the roof, as soon as I feel that hunger pang I've got to eat right then. And I'm living off juicy fruits like grapes and apples straight out of the fridge as I'm so thirsty too.

Oh and congrats!
