Really don't want to be induced again!!!

Hi all,
i'm 2 days late now, and really don't want to be induced again.
I was induced with my daughter and the labour was very quick and intense. I had no time for pain releif and wasnt really informed what was going on.
any ideas of how to get things going naturally? has anything worked for you?
i had a sweep tues (15/04) and since i have lost my plug and had on /off period type pains, but nothing much happening.

I was induced with jack and had a 28.5 hour labour, things were very slow and painful so I think it just depends on the baby.

I was 14 days overdue so there is time yet.

You are only 2 days over, so don't worry yet.

Also you don't have to agree to an induction. If both you and baby are well they can monitor you to make sure all is working and not induce unless there is a real medical reason to. You have rights and can go until 42 weeks usually (unless problems occur of course) before you need to think about induction.

I talked this over with my MW and have the full 42 weeks before they will talk induction. So I am not worrying overly.
