I saw this too and was gonna post but only had the iPhone to hand. Interesting isn't it. Think delayed clamping my be mentioned in my birth plan.

Yeah I plan to ask them to delay the cord clamping, I think its also good for baby's oxygen levels as it's still getting stuff from the placenta whilst it's getting to grips with it's own breathing. I did read that somewhere, haven't just made it up

they recommended delayed clamping in my antenatal classes so if we can, we are going to do this xx

I was wondering what all this delayed cord clamping stuff was about. Can't see that it can hurt to delay it a little while.
