getting all exited and i still have no brown sugar, and have ran out of coffee mate...OH can go tot he shop later and get me some! 
19 hrs from 3-10cm dilated!
i didn't use any sugar, and i used the tea bags as they are stronger than the capsules.
i was told that the capsules aren't as strong as the tea bags, this was in both in one of my preg book and a website.
At the end my hubby was putting 2 tea bags to a cup, iwas only supposed to have 3 tea bags a day and i think i was having about 6!

So have I, Oh dos'nt finish work till 12 so ill just have to make do and text him to get some on way home
