Rash

When getting ready for bed tonight I noticed a very fine pin-point rash all down my right forearm. Its not sore, there are no spots or anything its just a flat rash which looks as if I had repeatedly stabbed myself with a pin in that area.
I've check all over and its only on that one bit of arm and ive got no other symptoms (aside from the general blurgh and tiredness that ive had for weeks!). Has anyone else had anything similiar?

I hope its just an irritation caused by my clothing or something but obviously concerned that not its not a sign of anything that may harm the baby.I spent hours googling but couldnt find a visual match or any helpful info
