I have never tried the tea or tablets so might do that with this one

i been taking tablets and drinking tea for 2 weeks now... hopefully its doing some good

Started to take the tablets yesterday. My god they are huge!!!!!

My midwife said to start them from 36weeks, and for the first week take 1 a day (or if tea have one cup) then the following week have 2 a day etc till your up to 4 a day then stay at that. I have worked out that doing it this way means a bottle of 100 tablets from Holland & Barrett will last me till 1 week after my due date (hopefully I wont go that long!)
