Well my babys Ed is down n I pee 123557 time a hour n have pressure on my bits, also as she engages more Im getting sharp pains

The oil stuff I have no idea? What does it do?? Never heard of it?

N Raspberry leaf tea, I started drinking it at 32 weeks, I started on 1 a day, now I just drink as many as I want, as I actually like them, however I read if u have had a section u should drink it but then other places say u should as it strengthens the uterus, so as I've had a section I'm taking my chances an hoping it will help. X

head down i would say same as nadine. i get sharp pains in bits although since he has been engaged they have calmed abit.

tea is not advised before 36 weeks and from then on start at one cup a day and build it when you get further on.

i asked about clary sage and girls advised me to put a few drops in some milk in bath otherwise the oil just sits on top of water. havent got any yet but again not supposed to use until at least 38 weeks. xxx

Crack on with RLT from 32 weeks, one cup a day, then 3 cups after 37 weeks

Hi, I had a couple of cups since I hit the 36 week mark which was Wednesday, then I had one yesterday; but I find it makes me feel sick, so I don't think I will be drinking to much of it. I also had a curry the other night that made me feel ill to, so I guess I will just wait for nature to take its course. I understand you shouldn't drink it before 35 weeks, but some people are drinking it earlier. I went from the 35 week idea..

I bought some of that tea last night but I just can't bring myself to have any coz I have some how got it into my head that I'm going to be sick if I have even a sip.

It's a weird one really.

When I had my first cup a few weeks ago I though eeewww but I actually like it now..... n will prob drink it after I've had bubs as it's really good for woman's health in general, I find it refreshing think it's coz it's got no milk in it,

N also my first few cups I did feel a little sick after wards but nothing now n I drink them for fun, I have to types

Just the RLT from tesco with is 50%

An then I have mamma brew wich is only 16% but got other things unit x

i also wasn't keen on the tea at 1st but if you let it stew for a bit and i have 2 sugars in it i actually quite like it now. have about 3 cups now where as before was struggling to drink one. xxx

I got mine from Whittards, its an organic Raspberry leaf tea; the first two cups I enjoyed, but yesterday I felt sick afterwards... so may leave it a few more days.
