This is our first month ttc, and ovulation was about 11 days ago. But ever since then I've been getting random cramping, which I never get. AF is about due now and the cramping has increased but is very different from usual. Usually I get constant cramps then AF comes along very soon after. At the moment I'm getting mild cramps on and off which is just confusing me. To be honest I have never kept track of AF so I don't have a clue when it's due, but I'm sure pretty soon if not about now. I don't really have any other symptoms; I have felt slightly queezy and light headed recently on occasion, and was needing to pee a bit more than usual but I think that's gone now.
I don't suppose cramps are a major sign of pregnancy are they? I don't think I am and don't want to waste a test, but at the same time I am a wee bit curious. Is there any hope for me this month?

cramps is one of pregnancy symptoms but it doesn't mean you're pregnant, to be sure and not wast a test, wait 13 days after your missed period and take a test it will give you accurate result.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I'm going to wait and see if my luteal phase goes as far as 18 days, then I'll know for sure.

I had really bad cramps first month TTC, and then AF arrived!

2nd month TTC I had no cramps, in fact very few symptoms at all (just a funny stretchy feeling on the right side of my ovaries), and got my BFP!

I get a lot of cramps now......and they started around 6 weeks!

As Sara said yes cramps can be a sign of pregnancy, but they are also one of the most common symptoms of AF too!!

Good luck hun!
