Quick question about refund

Ordered a jacket two days ago online at H&M for £29.99, just noticed they've reduced it to £14.99!! I hate when that happens!

I can return it to a H&M store but would they give me £30 then I can just buy it again for 14.99? Or will they only refund 14.99 since that's the price now?

hmm i think theyd refund you full price if you have the receipt. i hate when this happens too its a bummer

Thanks hun I will have the receipt so hopefully they will give me the full refund, if they do then I saw a dress I liked there so that will give me an excuse to buy that

I know it's sooo annoying, even worse when you've already taken the tags off lol!

Yes hun, if you have the receipt with full price on it you will get the full price back x

I agree with the others, if you take it back within 28 days with the receipt you will get a full refund.
