well i started weaning willow today i just gave her some baby rice and about an hour after she started crying uncontroably (sp) for a good hour or so, now she was tired and she was fighting it i finally gave her some gripe water and she seemed to settle and sleep do you think it was the baby rice that caused it or is it just coincedence (sp)

I started Jude on baby rice a couple of wks ago, he's not cried with wind. What time did you give it? My HV says give it in the middle of the day so that any wind will be gone by bedtime and won't keep LO up at night. She said after 2 wks give it at breakfast as well.

Maybe it was just a little shock to her system and gave her a touch of wind. I give Jude Infacol before feeds still, but I'm anal...
