Just wondering how many of you girls are married??

I got married a couple of years ago as i wanted to be married before i had kids.

the marriage broke down and now I'm pregnant to my partner. I just wondered how many of you were the same and whether your bubs will have your surname or your partners?

I think we will get married eventually but it will be weird my baby not having my name!!!

Was very single with my first over ten years ago now, but been married since June 06 this time so will be a whole different ball game, excited about having a husband/partner with me but also a bit worried if that makes sense, last time i did everything myself didnt have to confer with anyone and what i said went, this time its going to be a whole new experience.

im not married and ive been with my OH for nearly 6 years and we are expecting our 4th child together and they all have his surname!!!

Im getting married on monday
been with my OH for just over a year (living together the whole time) we wanted to be quite traditional and get married before the baby was born so we could all have the same surname. even if we weren't married by time the baby arrived we would have still given the baby my OH's surname.

Me and DH are really traditional, we were married almost a year before falling pregnant. What ever happens now I'll keep the same surname as my children as I grew up having a different surname to my mother and it often caused confusion and when I was younger, upset also.

I got married in April last year we wanted to wait and be married before having children. Have only been with DH 2 years next week so we didn't exactly wait either but then again time isn't on our side either I'll be 40 in December.

I'm not married and my baby will either have my surname or both as my oh has a bit of an iffy surname and i dont want him to get picked on at school for it.

Dh and I had only been together for 3 months when we got pregnant so that scuppered any marriage plans we had. We did eventually get married when Riley was 9 months old, and I was 29 which felt really old to me LOL

Me & OH had planned to get married before having children. After I was diagnosed with PCOS last year, we were warned that it could take quite a bit of time to conceive, so we made that a priority. We still plan to get married but it's not that importnant in the short term. We've been together 4 1/2 years, living together 3 years.

Baby will have OH's surname.
