just wondered does anyone else have brown discharge for about 2-3 days before bleeding on a period,as do I count the brown discharge as it is quite heavy as day 1 or the actual bleeding,can anyone help?

I usually count from the first day I need more than a panty liner but for me that's also the first day of red flow. To be honest I'm not sure I guess if it was me I'd count it from first day of heavy whether thats brown or red.

Could be implantation bleeding??? I had a similar thing just before my period when I fell pregnant with my son.

I also spot for a day or 2 before my period arrives I never use to but for the past year or so I have seemed to have started spotting first.
