Question about 4d scans

For those of you who have had one, did you LO's look like they did on the scan when they were born?
Does that make sense? I mean like when you saw them in the fleash for the first time was it the same face iykwim as you saw on the scan pic?

Is that just a really ditzy question? Knowing me yes it is

I think some of the pictures on this site show it well, some look really similar, you can see the distinguishing features!
