Can I just share some good news with you. I am sooo proud of my daughter. She is only 5 and has just achieved her 200m badge and certificate at swimming. She swam it all front crawl. I can't belive it really and niether can my husband. We are both really proud and I just wanted to shout from the roof tops how pleased we are with her.

She is going to get a treat - We are going to take her to MacDonalds for tea (I know a bit ironic really good exercise followed by unhealthy food but hey what the heck).

TBH she doesn't really see it as a great achievement just something she can do.
