Does anyone know how i can start some antinatial classes the ones where they perpare you for the birth and breathing exericises etc

If you speak to your midwife they should be able to help x

Hey... I've signed up for nct which you have to pay for... They have a website so they're easily google-able!!

Otherwise your midwife will be able to give you details for the free nhs antenatal classes. I went for nct because a lot of friends had said they were so much more informative and friendly than the nhs classes ...

I've just completed the NCT classes and found them very useful and informative :)

I have signed up for the NCT ones, not cheap but 8 two hours classes. I think i need to be prepared to what is going to hit me in December, LOL.

my hospital starts dong it from 33 weeks, so i go then. ask your midwife about them hun. xx
