Hi ladies,

I have had day 3 bloods which have come back as normal. I have just had results back for day 21 and they are 20.1 nml/l , have I ovulated?? I am getting so much conflicting stuff on the Internet and most is not measured in nml/l . I am thinking from the limited info I understand that I haven't. However so unsure. The clinic emailed me results without giving me indication and now it's closed 😁

Thank you x

On my forms from GP it always had reference ranges and said it had to be above 30 to indicate ovulation. When I saw fertility doctor he said above 16 indicates ovulation.
I researched it lots at the time and what I found was 30+ was the amount required to sustain a pregnancy, lower could mean ovulation but not strong enough for pregnancy etc.

Are you sure it was done on correct day? Maybe ask them to repeat. This link might be helpful too xx

Thank you. I have 35/36 day cycles, so if I have a period at 35/36 days this cycle then yes it would have been done at the right time. I have PCOS and I always seem to have positive OPK, but my FSH is within a good range. It seems I get ready for ovulation but don't actually ovulate. I am 2st over weight so I am working on that as I know this does effect fertility . I was pregnant last year which resulted in MC , but I was having 28 day cycles and I was 2 st lighter. So I think I need to shift some weight , it weight doesn't effect everyone but it seems too much of a coincidence. I will call the clinic in the morning x

So sorry about your miscarriage. I have been there and it's horrendous.
Good luck with everything, it's great that your FSH is good. I hope you're not waiting too long for your bfp xx
