Progesterone, how much mg per day?

Hi ladies!

Just wanted to pick your brains if you're taking progesterone after ivf or iui..

How many mg per day?

I took 800mg with my first pregnancy but felt a bit depressed, I'm hoping to try 400mg.

Hi hon,

I'm on 800mg. Utrogestone 200mg pessaries four times a day and I've been ok so far (although they are a bit messy!)

First time on these as I had the injections last time.

I did 400mg x2 per day with both my fresh IVF cycles and 400mg once a day with my IUI and this frozen IVF, def notice less side effects with one per day over 2.
