Pressure in lower tummy and vagina.

Hi ladies,
I am suffering today with low pains in my tummy and stabbing pains down below feel like tightness everytime I walk and when I'm sat down it hurts to. Is this anything to worry about? i am 38 + pregnant xx

Could it be lightening? Your baby engaging? From around 28 weeks I had this to the point I could barely walk without the shooting/stabbing pain coming every few minutes. It got severe after 35 weeks.
If you are worried then call you local mau or midwife though xxx

Thank you the pain went the day after. Not sure what it was. Xx
