Hey lovelies!
I've just got my AF today so have decided this following month i am going to give OPK's a go to see if I am actually ovulating! A problem that i am having is my cycles are irregular since stopping the BCP.. I have had a CD42, CD37 now a CD46.
When do i start testing and which ones would you recommend? I am a complete novice :oooo:

Thanks in advance

I use these https://www.amazon.co.uk/One-Step-S...coding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=52XREBDQTY25BT97C8F5

With long cycles you could start doing opks 18 days before the end of your shortist cycle (as you aren't going to ovulate any earlier due to luteal phases being up to 18 days max and usually shorter than that. So if that's 37 days, you could start at day 19. If you really want to be on the safe side, maybe a bit earlier. With the opks sooo cheap it's great as you don't have to worry about using as many as you want.

Test between 10am and 5pm. I do once a day around 11am. try not to go to the loo or drink much in the 2 hours beforehand if possible. Good luck!

I got some cheapies from eBay (30 for £2.39) and started at about CD11. I had a 38, 41 and 33 day cycle before starting them. I found they were really faint until CD21 when it was just a little darker with FMU, I did another at 5pm and it was getting darker again. At 10pm, I got cramps so did another and it was positive. The next morning, it was back to faint, so for me it was a case of test a bit more when they started to get darker. It worked as I got my BFP.
