Pregnancy Yoga

Hey Ladies

I have enquired about starting a pregnancy yoga class and am just wondering if anyone has done or is currently doing this and how they've got on?

I'd be a complete beginner but it sounds fab and I'm excited about it :) x
 
I started yoga during pregnancy and it was great - really nice to do the gentle stretching and even though I had to have a c-section the breathing techniques were still calming for that experience.
The best thing was taking an hour and a half a week to focus on me :)
 
It's great to hear that you had a positive experience. The place I'm looking to do mine with also offer mother and baby yoga from six weeks after birth which looks like fun. I think its likely that I'll be having an elective c-section so have to check out how soon I can do that afterwards.

How are you feeling after your c-section? Hope you're recovering well. x
 
I've found the recovery really easy, think it has a bit to do with staying fit with the yoga, swimming and walking all the way through.
Wish my place did mummy and baby yoga think it would be great to do.
