pregnancy test results

Heres my story my last period was the 28th june begining of july i took 3 hpt at end of july all came back positive, so i went the doctors had to do a pregnancy urine sample which came back negative so they decided to do a pregnancy blood test which also came back negative. So i thought nothing of it but it got to the 1st of september n i still not had a period so went back the doctors did another pregnancy urine sample that has come back positive but could it be wrong? i feel so sick and being sick non stop, ive got sore an tender breasts, moodswings, headaches, tiredness.... so confused right now? need some advice

If your last period was the 28th of June and you got positive tests you would be around 10 weeks pregnant. I would ask for a scan immediately, 10 weeks is far enough along that you will see plenty to confirm!
There's no such thing as a false positive, but there are false negatives. So I'd believe the doctor when he said you were positive! Did the doctor not book you in to see a midwife? Seems strange that you've been left without any further advice from the doc, even if it's just the midwifes number.

I have an appointment at midwife on the 19th she is only in my doctors on mondays an tuesdays and shes booked up this week coming, but might go back and request a scan, thanks for the reply just had meself worried.... well ill be going back the doctors to ask for a scan xxx

thinks im gonna ring up monday morning and get more bloodwork done something doesnt seem right at the moment....... surely docs sample wouldnt have come back positive if it wasnt so gonna get a second opinion on blood tests.

I would get another pregnancy test myself if i was you- maybe you will feel better actually seeing it yourself? Congratulations btw!

Get a digi test hun, seeing the words come up will make it feel more real!
