Is anyone else feeling like they're eating all the time? Before I was pregnant I was a grazers rather than meal eater and I tended to not eat massive amounts as I used to get full really quickly. 1st trimester was awful and I felt so sick (and was.sick a lot) and ate foods I wouldn't usually eat to get through the sickness- salt and vinegar crisps, cheese etc. Not I'm feeling much better my appetite is back but I'm just constantly hungry. Every 2 hours my stomach is growling and suffering from tiredness. Is anyone else having this? I'm drinking loads of water. But it doesn't seem to make any difference. Would be great to hear your thoughts.......

Yep I'm always hungry too! And the healthy stuff doesn't seem to fill me up, I can eat fruit after fruit and my belly still grumbles! I'm loving anything savoury ATM, I would live off crisps if I could!.. I'm just trying to eat everything in moderation and not stress myself out about it xx

I'm still being sick and struggle to eat anything but fruit. I havn't felt hungry in months :?

Really worried how this in effecting baby

Ahhh try not to worry. I'm no midwife but I have been reading lots of information that dates even if you cannot eat that much the baby gets what it needs from your stores. I think obviously of you can't keep down any fluids than that is when you maybe should see a GP. Have you been to see a GP? They could maybe prescribe you medication bit it depends whether you feel like you'd want to take anything. How many weeks are you now?
I hope you feel better soon. It's really not nice

i've been the same since i had my last baby just picking at different food rarely have a full meal and finish it. 9 times outta 10 i'll have some toast or something like that of a night before bed.
pretty much anything i eat now gives me wicked heartburn :(
i'm hoping that things change soon and i can eat a proper meal but i doubt i will with my last pregnancy it was rare that i could eat a full meal and i just picked at food through out the day.

I'm on anti sickness but they seem to have stopped working now. I'm 15+4 days really hope the baby is getting what it needs.

I tend to be hungry in the morning, and I have breakfast and graze throughout the morning and have a decent lunch, but then I have a small dinner as Im not all the hungry in the evening. This is starting to change to and even out a bit more. I'm getting closer to my pre-pregnancy habits, except I'm eating more carbs than I normally would. I rarely ate pasta and very little bread before (had a high protein diet and got my carbs from veggies, fruit and pulses), but these are now a regular part of my diet since the start of the pregnancy.

If you're tired your body will crave food for the energy. Always the crap stuff too because it's a quick fix.

I feel like I'm eating all the time but I know I will never be as big as I was with my first! So I'm good :)
