pregnancy and breastfeeding

Well now that im pregnant a few days ago my nipples have come extremely sensitive even when lightly rubbed against somthing
I never had this while pregnant with Kiara.
My question is for those who ever breastfed while pregnant did you ever have this and what did you do. When Kiara eats it feels like shes nibbling but shes not its getting very uncomfortable.

thanks hun.
Wierd though i phoned my health nurse to see what she suggests and she said that pregnancy does not make your breasts sensitive but every book, doctor and girls on here say they do and i know first hand it must cuz mine didnt get like this till i conceived, much help she was she said i must have thrush hmm.
