I've just noticed on the packet that it says to take with your main meal.

Ooops. I've been taking these on a morning when I get up so I don't forget.

I hope I haven't done any damage!

lol ive been taking the asda version and they say take with food too, im hopeing coffee counts as food?

I think that they put that in case it upsets your stomach. Just take it with food if you are concerned. It won't have done anything to your bubs if thats what you are worried about.

yeah mine say that but I think it is because sometimes they can make you feel sick if taken by themselves.
