Power nap before bed

Last night Ella went down at 7pm and then was up at 3am and wouldn't go back to sleep... I had literally just gone to bed because we found out my grandad has leukaemia so bad night all round!!!

I've let her fall to sleep on my knee now was thinking of letting her have a 30 min power nap and then waking her and giving her a bottle and putting her down at half 7

Is that a really stupid thing to do? Should I wake her now?

F did that tonight too and then woke 40mins later so has had a quick feed and gone back to bed, we'll see what the damage is later I suppose s! Hope Ella sleeps better x
