To start with I was worrried about eptopic, first scan convinced it'd be MMC, 2nd scan convinced MMC. Since then every midwife appt. I worry no heartbeat and now I'm becoming obsessive with still born stats. I was looking at pregnancy hashtag on insta and was lovely then saw a page dedicated to baby loss and it's triggered something in me and I'm now worrying what I've eaten, drank, active enough, and analysing stats.

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks but I can't help worry something will be wrong with my boy. I'm 27 weeks currently.

I had 3 MCs between my son and daughter and really struggled with anxiety during my pregnancy with her. I was convinced throughout that I was going to lose her and genuinely didn't believe I'd get a baby until I actually held her in my arms.

In hindsight I really should have asked for more support from my MW. I let how I was feeling totally ruin my pregnancy.

I think you should talk to your MW about how worried and anxious you are and see what further support can be offered to help.

Really hope you're doing better soon.

Beckie I know exactly how you’re feeling. I’m nearly 18 weeks and have been a wreak since the beginning. I had a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks and it’s really affected how I feel about this pregnancy. I make myself sick with worry before every scan convinced something will be wrong. I’m constantly googling everything that could go wrong. So far we’ve only told our parents because I’m so frightened of jinxing it by telling anyone else. I agree with Emily, If you can talk to anyone about how you’re feeling it does help, my husband has been amazing but I’m thinking I might mention my anxiety at my next midwife appointment. I really feel for you and hope you get the support you need. Xxxx
